This quote request is free. You have no obligation to purchase a surety bond from us and you can always decline our offers. Any personal information you provided is encrypted and will only be used for the purposes of securing quotes for you. We never share your information with unauthorized third parties and you will only be contacted by a representative of Surety Bonds Direct regarding your quote request.

You agree to answer all questions truthfully and completely. Any person who knowingly and willfully presents false or misleading information in an application for insurance is guilty of a crime and may be subject to fines and confinement in prison.

We realize that sometimes plans change and you may not need the bond you purchased. We try to help out in these situations whenever possible. When permitted by the surety company, a full premium refund (subject to a processing charge) is available in the event that the bond is not submitted to the designated obligee and the original surety bond form is returned to Surety Bonds Direct within 14 days of purchase.

Partial premium refunds may be available on cancellation of bonds in force subject to the terms and conditions of the surety bond form, applicable jurisdictional laws, and the policies of the issuing agencies, insurance carriers and other applicable regulatory authorities.

As requestor, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that all owners, applicants and other persons subject to the bond application fully understand and agree to these terms.

You authorize Surety Bonds Direct, its agents, assigns, successors, or other designee, to, at any time, obtain consumer and/or business credit report(s) for the indemnitors included in this application. You authorize Surety Bonds Direct at any time, now and in the future, to share credit information with Surety Bonds Direct's surety insurance company partners as needed for the purposes of underwriting your surety bond application and any subsequent renewals. You agree that these authorizations shall remain in full force and effect until cancelled in writing by both the undersigned and an authorized representative of Surety Bonds Direct, LLC, its agents, assigns or successors. You certify that all information you provide to us in connection with checking credit will be true and understand that this information must be updated upon request if financial conditions changes.
